2. Rights and Ownership
All photographs and videos taken by Bad News Baseball Academy or its authorized representatives remain the property of the academy. As such, we reserve the right to use these images in any manner deemed appropriate for promotional purposes without further consent or compensation.
4. Request for Exclusion
If you or your child do not wish to be photographed or appear in any promotional materials produced by Bad News Baseball Academy, please notify us in writing before participating in any events or activities. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee that you will not inadvertently appear in group shots or background images.
6. Liability Waiver
By participating in any Bad News Baseball Academy event or activity, you release the academy, its staff, volunteers, and authorized representatives from any liability arising from the use of photographs or videos taken during these events. This includes but is not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, copyright infringement, or any other legal rights relating to the use of your image.
